@X0E      The Main Menu contains all of the primary commands for the system
      mailing list.

@X0F   Commands

@X0B      #         Address Mail@X03. Entering any number from the main menu
                allows you to address your mail message to the users
                which have been defined on that list. If you are not
                sure of the entries on a list, you may view the list
                contents from this menu as well.  After entering the
                addressees of your message,  you will immediately be
                in the message editor, so that you may  compose  and
                save your message.

      @X0BV         View a List@X03. This command will allow you to view the
                contents of any list in your  Mailing List database.
                This is useful prior to sending a message,  in order
                to verify the message recipients before sending your
                message

      @X0BM         Manage the Database@X03. This command allows you to manage
                and perform maintenance on your mailing list database.
                Here, you may edit any list (including adding entries,
                deleting entries, creating  new lists, deleting lists,
@X0F                @X03and viewing list contents).

      @X0B?         Main Menu Help@X03.  This display.
